One of the most beautiful non-sports card sets, the 1889 Ruler, Flags, and Coat of Arms cards were meant to educate people on the other nations of the world at a time where access to information wasn't as straight forward as today with Google. These cards are very vibrant and have a lot of eye appeal. They provide an interesting look into the world in 1889 and there are countries or empires on this list that no longer exist.
