Hector Chumpitaz

Hector Chumpitaz is the greatest Peruvian defender of all time by a significant margin. Chumpitaz was at the heart of the defence throughout his career at Universitario, where he would be a runner-up in the Copa Libertadores, and he was the Captain of the Peruvian National Team during their golden era.
